Reflection:
- Online Collaboration Tools
EtherPad is a web-based collaborative in-time writing editor. It has the function as a communication tool but also with features that make EtherPad more than that. By creating activities with EtherPad, I've found that it has so many powerful functions that can engage students and help with collaboration. At the interface, there are editable identification colors and name of each membership, real-time or asynchronous chat-box, etc. For more information about how the functions benefit in teaching, please check the artifact part down below.
- Learning Tutorial:
Tutorials are easy to find or create by teachers. As a digital tool, tutorial videos are especially convenient to access and has no limitations of time and location. Deliver learning tutorials into courses can inspire a student's learning independence and interests. Most of the tutorials are short, which assure the video focus solely on the main point. For online courses, tutorials recorded by the teacher themselves can make provide the face-to-face learning environment.
- Interactive Project:
To explore communication and collaboration tools, group members are required to choose one tool and create an interactive activity that can facilitate other teammates to participate in the tool's experiencing. Group projects can also help students develop skills specific to collaborative efforts, allowing students to tackle more complex problems than they could on their own and share diverse perspectives.

Future Learning Goal
Even though I'm not a teacher, technicals, and strategies of engaging and inspiring students in the classroom and online courses are still fascinates me. In the future, I'll explore more digital tools and read articles about developing strategies and theories that can enhance the student's learning experience.
